Changes for 2010

The Arkansas Association of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors (AAADAC) are proud to announce exciting changes for our annual Fall Workshop in Jonesboro, AR.

This year, AAADAC and MidSOUTH Addictions Training Network (MSATN) will co-sponsor the event. Thanks to the creative minds and willing efforts of John Chmielewski with MSATN and our 2010 AADAC President Kim Brown, this year’s training will be bigger and better than ever before.

Meetings

The AAADAC monthly meeting is held at the Baker Building, in Little Rock, Arkansas on the second Friday of each month at 1:30 PM. All members are encouraged to attend.

Objective

The objective of this association shall be to provide alcohol and/or drug abuse counselors, as well as other interested professionals) with a central organization related to substance abuse, as well as provide for education opportunities in related areas, to serve as a clearinghouse for the voice of the general membership, and to ensure the availability of qualified counseling professionals.
